Q: How many companies/vendors are involved with this project?

We currently have over 115 companies who are working through or have submitted the DHCA (as of May 2022).

Q: How will you ensure that the information vendors share with you will not be visible to other competitors on the marketplace?

The registry is set up as a CRUD matrix (Create, Read, Update, Delete) that will limit the ability of vendors to see other vendors’ Common Application data, but everyone will be able to see who is participating in the registry.

Q: For vendors, is there a cost to participate?

No, we only ask that you fill out the DHCA and provide feedback about the process. Note: There is the possibility of requiring a fee from vendors after December 2022, but we will be transparent about that with vendors before implementing it.
